The Chinese smartphone maker ZTE has added yet another smartphone to its 'Blade series' of smartphones with the launch of Blade D Lux. The company has launched the handset in Vietnam with the price tag of $173.
Talking about the specifications, the ZTE Blade D Lux features a 5.5-inch IPS display with 1280x720 pixels resolution. Powering the smartphone is a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor paired with 2GB of RAM. The internal storage of the device accounts to 16GB which can be expanded further up to 64GB using a microSD card.
The ZTE Blade D Lux comes with dual SIM fucntionlity and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. The handset comes equipped with a 13.0-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8.0-megapixel front facing snapper for clicking selfies. The device offers 4G, LTE, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS as connectivity options and packs in a 3,000 mAh battery.
The company has not yet revealed any details about the global roll out of the smartphone.
ZTE also introduced the Axon Passport 2.0 program for Axon smartphones at CES 2016. The program incorporates unlimited out of warranty repairs and total assistance that supports device upgrades, replacement, shipping, and setup.
