Zebronics to focus on tier 3 and 4 cities

Zebronics plans to improve its service in these areas by opening more service centers and with the help of its new service 'satellite care points'

Top Notch Infotronix, the Chennai-based supplier of products and accessories for computers, consumer electronics and communication under the brand ‘ Zebronics' is planning to focus on tier 3 and 4 cities in the coming times.

"We are planning to penetrate and into tier 3 and 4 cities. We have also directed our channel partners to focus more on the regions. Plus, we also intend to expand our partner base for the same. Also, we plan to improve our service in these areas by opening more service centers and with the help of our new service 'satellite care points'," said Rajesh Doshi, purchase and marketing director, Top Notch Infotronix.

Doshi revealed the plans while launching the company's budget friendly Monster Tower speakers in New Delhi. The speakers, which come with full wooden enclosures and a high-gloss piano black front panel, can deliver up to 100 W RMS sound with a form factor unique to the speaker system.

The three models available, ZEB-T7500RUCF, ZEB-T9500RUCF and ZEB-T8500RUCF, have dual 8-inch drivers to take care of low range, 4-inch drivers to cover mid range and 1-inch cloth dome tweeters meant for high frequency sound.

With the new offering, the company is eying the entertainment segment. Outlining the strategy to further broadbase their product range in the segment, Doshi added, "Our next focus is going to be in the entertainment arena. In the last two years we have seen that the demand for sound systems has grown tremendously. And most of it is now digital music. With the spread of cell phones in the small towns and villages, users in even smaller cities are enjoying their music digitally. Besides, children constitute a substantial section of our consumers. We plan to cover all sub-segments and user categories in the entertainment and sound marketspace, with products that appeal to every pocket."

The company claims it now caters to every pocket with sound products priced between Rs 99 and Rs 9,999.
