Swipe Elite Power smartphone launched with 4,000 mAh battery

Domestic smartphone brand Swipe Technologies has expanded its smartphone portfolio with the launch of Elite Power smartphone. The device will be exclusively available on Flipkart at a price tag of Rs 6,999 from January 31.

The smartphone flaunts a metal unibody and comes equipped with a fingerprint sensor mounted on the rear panel. It packs a 4,000 mAh battery which claims to offer 48 hours of battery backup on moderate usage.

The Elite Power smartphone comes with a 5.5-inch HD display with 720x1280 pixel resolution. The device runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is powered by 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor. It offers 2GB of RAM and packs 16GB of internal storage. The users can expand the storage capacity up to 32GB by installing a microSD card.

The hybrid dual-SIM device sports an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front camera for selfies. On the connectivity front, it offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.

Last month, Swipe launched its Elite Max smartphone at Rs 10,999. The smartphone features metal frame and frosted glass back and comes in Onyx Black colour option. There is also a fingerprint sensor mounted on the rear panel.

In terms of specifications, the Swipe Elite Max features a 5.5-inch FULL HD display with 1080x1920 pixel resolution. Running Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system the device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor.

The dual-SIM device offers 4GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 64GB by installing a microSD card. It sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front camera. On the connectivity front, the handset offers 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB OTG. It is backed by a 3,000 mAh battery with Zip Charge support.
