Riverbed Appoints Sean Kopelke as VP of Solutions Engineering APJ

Riverbed Technology has appointed Sean Kopelke as Vice President, Solutions Engineering, Asia Pacific and Japan. Kopelke will be responsible for leading the region’s sales engineering team and helping to build and execute a long term growth strategy for Riverbed, which includes deepening and expanding its own technology expertise in close collaboration with partners and customers.

He joins the company at a pivotal time in its evolution into a multi-product platform company delivering a modern IT architecture for today’s digital enterprise. Kopelke, with more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, joins Riverbed from ZScaler, a cloud security provider, where he served as country manager for Australia & New Zealand (A/NZ), responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for the region.
