Ricoh India, opened its first Indian flagship Brand store at Lucknow. The Brand store is an effort to strengthen consumer experience and engagement.
Ricoh Brand Stores are conceptualized as the ultimate retailing experience that synchronizes with innovation, quality and excellence. It would give the company, better insight into customer needs and help to come up with customized products and solutions. The Lucknow Store will display the copiers, projectors, cameras, binoculars, and visual communication products, Laser Printers as well as Toner and Genuine refills.
The diverse array of Ricoh India product line up comprises single function and multi-function printers for home and office use. Ricoh SP111 series is the first Jam free printers and SP 210 (“kanjoos”- much in use) has highest duty cycle (20000 pages) and RAM (120 MB) in the industry along with the Genuine Refill Program which gives customer a smooth and hassle free printing experience.
At Ricoh customers can experience the recently launched, Ricoh THETA m15, which is a spherical camera that captures the space around you with just one touch. The camera range also includes Pentax K-500, which is an impressive entry-level DSLR, all weather and all-purpose underwater camera WG4 among many other products. Brand Store will also have range of projectors which allows bright and rich visuals, enabling users to operate the device from multiple networks.
Ricoh India has ventured into this Brand Stores to have greater visibility and giving customer an easy access to product and technologies. Through its retail stores Ricoh wants to enhance customer experience of the technology products and also to cater to the B2C Segment. The Brand shop will complement the Ricoh eStore, so that the consumers can make the most of the Ricoh one-stop printing and imaging solutions.
Speaking on the occasion, Manoj Kumar, CEO and Managing Director, Ricoh India said, “We are pleased to start our first flagship store in Lucknow. Through this initiative, we want customers to experience the range of innovative products under one roof. This channel will provide the company a direct communication channel and better insight into current customer trends”.
“We plan to open more stores in key market along with our strategy to expand our channel partner base. We are also working with various large format retail stores to expand our presence across the country. Our expansion strategy has fetched us tremendous growth and added to company’s bottom line. The company achieved revenue of Rs 442 crores in Q1 which is almost double of Rs 226 crores in Q1 last year,” he added.
