Gadgetwood, a multi brand repair and support services for mobiles, smart phones and tablets; has announced the launch of its android mobile application. The application is expected to enhance the accessibility of its highly adept door step repair services in the Delhi NCR region.

By utilizing this application, customers will be able to check availability of engineers in the area, schedule an onsite visit and track repair status of their device. The app also provides information about its services and how does it work.

It is so adept that it tells you exact time in which the engineer will arrive. Furthermore, the Gadgetwood app provides pickup from customer’s preferred location; in house repair services, online/ offline tracking system and delivery options at customer’s preferred location. All its repairs are powered by 30 days warranty.

The app also offers service plans including repair service, extended warranty and complete care plan. Users can register themselves for the plans as per their requirement.

The support service company is also planning to go Pan-India, making the app more user-friendly. The further versions of the app are expected to feature of helping the customers online via remote support, data backup and restore and antivirus.
