Gadgetex 2016 IT exhibition recently took place from 16th to 19th September at B.M.Birla Convention Centre, Jaipur. This event was organized by Rajasthan Computer Traders Association (RCTA) & Communication and Computers. This event became a get together for all the IT and Gadget aficionados.
The event was inaugurated by Kalicharan Saraf (Higher Education Minister, Rajasthan Government) and Ram Charan Bohra (MP, Government of India). RCTA welcomed the chief guests and the ceremony of lighting up the Diya took place.
Then chief guest present appreciated the step taken by RCTA for organizing the event which is a step towards the realization of Digital India and has also shaped up as a relevant event which will facilitate the visitors with increased knowledge and to be updated about the latest technology and industry trends. The president of RCTA Mr. Sugreev Singh Ranawat lead the chief guests to all the stalls present at the exhibition, to show them the newly rolled technology and products.
Dealers and visitors came from almost every part of the state, such as landscapes like Shree Ganganagar, Bikaner, Ajmer, Alwar etc. There was also lucky draws held accompanied with gifts from Rajshree Systems, R.S. Corporation, Intel Security, Dell and HP.
Upon interacting with the DQ Week Mr. Sugreev said, “This is the first event of the year, we will also organize Cricket tournament in December in which only association members will take part , RCTA has reached the partner strength of 300+ so all is going well with the association.”
On the topic of schemes which the fraternity of Channel IT partners and company gives to the customers, he said, “Schemes are beneficial in lifting. But the major cause is that schemes welcomes stocking. It give opportunities to many dealers to stock items and sell them after the scheme over to make extra money.”
