Quick Heal Technologies Limited today announced that it has been certified with ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 certifications for ‘Information Security Management System’and ‘IT Service  Management respectively.

Quick Heal also has an efficient and well-equipped team to provide seamless customer support. These capabilities have been the enablers in achieving the recognitions.

ISO 27001 is a recognition for implementing robust management controls for information security in an organisation.  It examines an organisation’s information security risks, taking into account the prevailing threats, vulnerabilities, and its impact.  It also examines information security controls which have been implemented for avoiding risks and for constantly meeting the organisation’s information security needs.

ISO 20000 recognises the adoption of integrated processes to effectively deliver support services and meet the business and customer requirements. Although, applicable for companies that work on delivery model, the ISO 20000 stands equally relevant and important for Quick Heal as the company has a huge customer base and a capable and efficient team of support engineers who have been resolving customer queries on the functionality of the products, license renewals and have been providing them product knowledge. The teams at Quick Heal have adopted robust and effective service delivery practices.

By achieving ISO 20000 and ISO 27001, Quick Heal will be able to enhance its image and credibility, will ensure compliance, provide greater competitive edge and improved client retention. These will give partner organisations and customers’ greater confidence in the way they interact with the organisation and will provide a framework to ensure the fulfilment of commercial, contractual and legal responsibilities.
