Keeping in the visionary view of changing times and taxation system, and to keep its trader member community updated with the new taxation laws, the Ludhiana Association of Computer Entrepreneur (ACE) conducted an awareness seminar on GST along with PACT (Punjab Association of Computer Traders), an umbrella body of Punjab and Chandigarh Associations.
The event by primarily sponsored by Tally and Rohit from Tally presentation on GST procedure and reforms was easily grasped by members. The seminar also has been addressed by Team of Taxation Advisors represented by Aseem Aggarwal, who gave the practical aspect to the options and problems in this critical aspect. HP and Zebronics also supported the event as co-sponsors.
The Excise and Taxation Officer, Thapar and Gurpreet, Excise and Taxation Inspector graced the occasion as Guest of Honor and answered queries from members while giving overview. The Q&A session in the end was very enlightening for members who got their doubts cleared.
Gurpreet Singh Sunny, PACT Chairman and ACE President said, “It was a big learning experience for the members and we all felt enlightened with the knowledge shared on this GST platform”.
Sanjiv Walia, President PACT graced the occasion with his presence and so did other Founder PACT Presidents from Different Cities. President PACT Members, Inder Mohan Bhasker (Jalandhar), Varinder Singh (Amritsar), Walia (Patiala), Saggi, Vice President. (Hoshiarpur), Rahul Garg (Sangrur), Rakesh Aggarwal (Moga) were amongst the dignitaries who were felicitated in the function amongst others by Founder ACE President DP Singh & Former President of ACE, Paramjit S. Juneja.
It was also a big occasion for PACT in another aspect, as Abohar Association became member of PACT at the occasion, and their team led by Nishu was felicitation as well.
