taxationdesk in association with the tax consulting firm Shantilal Shah to reach

Link Software has been in the business of providing IT services, solutions
and consulting to a wide customer base in India and abroad. The company has
developed portals and has helped organizations harness the power of the net with
their ERP and CRM solutions

"Taxationdesk was conceived with the idea and strong belief that
Internet can act as a big enabler in reaching out to a large number of people
and organisations, who may not find it easy to have access to tax consultants.
The portal has very specific and focussed content and a clear revenue
model," Milind Sathe, managing director, Link Software Systems and
Solutions explained.

Taxationdesk has been registered as a separate company with Link Software
holding the minority stake. Shantilal Shah will take care of the domain
knowledge while Link Software will be the technology partner in this joint

we will launch the portal in other towns of Maharashtra and have ambitious plans
of reaching out to the customer nationally, he said

Besides expanding beyond Maharashtra, Sathe is also hoping to add value by
