Micromax Canvas Doodle 4 launched at Rs 9,499

Micromax's Canvas Doodle is now available at Rs 9,499. Although the company has not officially announced the smartphone, it has sent a teaser message to the media via an e-mail communication.

Micromax Canvas Doodle 4 sports a 6-inch IPS HD (720x1280p) display. Powered by a 1.3GHz quad core processor and 1GB RAM, the phone comes with 8GB internal storage. It's not clear if the phone will come with a microSD card slot.

The phablet runs Android 5.0 Lollipop and features an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facing camera. The device packs in a 3000mAh battery and support Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS connectivity options. Just like the previous versions, the phablet is expected to come with a stylus.

The first Canvas Doodle phone was launched in May 2013. The Doodle 3 was launched in April 2014 at Rs 8,500.
