LeEco releases two Superphone, World’s fastest processor another World’s fastest battery charging

LeEco formerly known as Letv launched their two superphone in Indian market by holding official launch event in Gurgaon on January 20. Le Max and Le 1S, the high end Le Max smartphone costs Rs 32,999 for the 64GB version and Rs 69,999 for the 128GB Sapphire crystal display version. On the other hand the budget Le 1S smartphone costs Rs 10,999 with 32GB storage. Le Max smartphone offers a 6.33-inch Quad-HD display with a fingerprint scanner on the back, Snapdragon 810 processor and 4GB RAM, 64GB, 21 megapixel rear camera and 4 Ultrapixel front camera. LeEco claims the LeTouch fingerprint scanner takes only 0.09 seconds to unlock the phone.

The smartphone runs Android 5.0 and is powered by a 3,400mAh battery. It is dual SIM smartphone and supports 4G connectivity. It comes with a USB Type-C port.

The budget Le 1s smarpthones offers a 5.5-inch Full HD along with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, and a 5MP front camera. Powered by a 3,000mAh battery, it runs MediaTek’s Helio X10 processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. It sports dual SIM slots and supports 4G, fingerprint scanner and USB Type-C port.

Letv recently carried out a rebranding exercise and is now known as LeEco. The company says it has global expansion plans and now has a new logo for the Le Ecosystem. LeEco also introduced a new LeEco Super TV X65 with 4K display resolution at RMB 4,999 (around Rs 50,795) in China.

"Letv is where we started, but LeEco is our future," wrote Ablikim Ablimit, Le Holdings' Vice President of Strategy in a press statement. "We will create a more beautiful eco world with new value for our users. And our brand-new logo will bring users into this exciting world."
