LAVA has launched iris 465 a budget smartphone with 21 Indian language support. The smartphone is designed to meet the requirements of users looking for an all-round phone that empowers them to communicate in regional language.
Iris 465 supports the following languages- Hindi, Bodo, Sanskrit, Nepali, Marathi, Dogri, Konkani, Kashmiri, Sindhi, Bengali, Assamese, Maithili, Maniouri, Gujarati, Punjabi, Santali, Oriya, Tamil, Telugu, Malyalam and Kannada.
The iris 465 is a 3G smartphone which runs on Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat, and comes with dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) standby support. It features a 4.5-inch FWVGA (480x854 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM expandable up to 32GB storage expansion via microSD card.
The smartphone supports a 3megapixel rear camera with flash support and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera on board. The camera features face recognition, smile detection, self-timer & panorama mode.
It packs a 1750mAh Li-Ion battery which can offer up to 22 hours and 58 minutes (2G) of talk time, and 10 hours and 41 minutes (3G) of talk time.
