L Ashok, founder and CEO of Futurenet Technologies has become the new president of Infotech Software Dealer Association (ISODA). The association in its recently held AGM announced the new leadership.
Talking to the DQ Week, L Ashok, new president of ISODA said that increasing membership base, encouraging the women entrepreneurs, effective representations with the government, OVMs and distribution and successful adoption of ISODA 2.0 would be the key priorities of the new leadership. Ashok said that the association would focus on increasing members’ participation in ISODA’s activities.
“We will focus on strengthening ISODA. We will encourage more software dealers to join us. We will continue raising the challenges faced by the software professionals like double taxation to the government. Apart from that
ISODA launched ISODA V2.0 portal that aims to bring more value for members to collaborate for business benefits. ISODA 2.0 is an initiative stated last year with the key objective to get the members collaborated for business benefits.
“With ISODA V2.0 is in place, it is going to be more value for members and over all ISODA is growing from strong to stronger”, Ashok said.

The other office bearers of the association are: Kavita Singhal, Managing Director, Kamtron Systems as the Chairperson, Datta - CEO, Future Soft as the Vice Chairperson, . Nilesh Kuvadia, Managing Director, ITCG Solutions as the Vice President, Jiten Mehta, Managing Director, Magnamious Systems as the secretary and Kanti Gosar, Managing Director, Super Informatics as the Treasurer.
The association has also elected the regional secretaries. Rajeev Mammidanna, Director , Eden Infol has been elected as the regional secretary for West, whereas, C R Ramesh of Safezone Secure Solutions has been elected as the regional secretary for south. Harish Tyagi, Managing Director, Taarak India has been chosen as the regional secretary for north and Manasi Saha, Managing Director, Macaws Infotech has become the regional secretary for east.
