ITAO to hold elections in September, other programmes for dealers planned

The Information Technology Association of Orissa (ITAO) will be holding its elections in September. The current president who will soon be completing his full-term might be retained or elected depending on the results.

“The selection process of the President will be done in September. If those choosing retain me, I will continue in office,” said Arun Kumar Dey, President, ITAO. Many of the state-level IT associations have already elected new presidents while some of them will be choosing their new president as they complete their tenure in office.

The association has also planned a few channel development programmes for IT dealers in August. The objective is to give motivational programmers to channels so that they can better maintain their customers. The association has also tied up with a few companies for this purpose. The association plans to organize this motivational programmer in different parts of the state.
