InFocus launches X3 projector in India

InFocus Corporation, provider of digital projection technology and services,
has announced the launch of InFocus X3 in India. According to the press release,
built on the X series platform, the projector can be utilized to present
complicated data including charts, graphs and detailed lesson plans in the
office or classroom.

The InFocus X3 offers enhanced video performance and native XGA resolution
for crisp picture quality. At 3.1 kg, the InFocus X3 provides video quality with
1600 lumens, 2000:1 contrast ratio and automatic deinterlacing. According to the
company, the InFocus X3 also offers superior video quality through the
integration of advanced technology including DarkChip2 DLPT technology from
Texas Instruments.

Additionally, the X3 is wirelessly enabled and can be used with InFocus'
secure wireless solution InFocus LiteShow. InFocus also offers several
accessories for the X3, including portable screens for the mobile professional
or TV enthusiast, ceiling mounts, cables, and specialized carry cases with
color-coded cable organizers.

The InFocus X3 is available at a recommended street price of Rs 95,000
excluding VAT, through InFocus resellers and dealers. Genesis IT Innovation Ltd
and HCL Infinet Ltd distribute InFocus X3 in India.
