India is a very different market with very different kind of people. Things that work in western world don't work here as it it. Even for CRM, India requires a new kind of CRM, a CRM that does not require huge amount of data entry but at the same time it has to be very useful and of course affordable. Now Enjay is reinventing how CRM will be used in India.
