Aiming to target the SME segment in India, Gujarat based Enjay IT Solutions Limited has launched Enjay Synapse Mini- an IPPBX with built in CRM. In the event organized in Mumbai on 6th June, Enjay IT Solutions officially launched the solution for the SME clients.
An IP PBX is a private branch exchange (telephone switching system within an enterprise) that switches calls between VoIP (voice over Internet Protocol or IP) users on local lines while allowing all users to share a certain number of external phone lines. The Enjay Synapse Mini is a small box which can support upto 4 telephone lines and up to 100 IP extensions. It can also support up to 20 CRM users, with 8/10 concurrent users.
Limesh Parekh, CEO of Enjay IT Solutions said, “Targeted towards SMEs, Enjay Synapse Mini is designed keeping in mind SME segment of India. The New emerging SME in India, understands the need for a good CRM system to manage its customers. Also Telephony and software forms two basic pillars of any business. Enjay Synapse Mini provides both these things in one box.”
“Synapse Mini is like a magical box. It is a CRM with integrated telephony, SMS, email, website, social media, everything in a box. It is based on Industry SugarCRM Community edition, upon which we have developed lots of other functionalities like SMS integration, de-duplication, website integration etc. and most importantly telephony integration. At present this box supports only 4 lines, we are adding other models to support 8 lines and PRI lines” Parekh said.
The company has appointed Aashray Infratech Solutions and Digicom as the distributors for Mumbai region. These distributors will take care of distribution of the solution as well development of channel and implementation of the solution.

Enjay IT Solutions will be launching the solution in Pune on 17th June, Ahmedabad on 20th June, and in Delhi in the July first week. The company expects to sell 700 units before March 2016.
“We are also looking or partners in other locations in India as well as out of India”, said Parekh.
