Dell Jaipur Event powers towards ‘New Horizons, No Limits’

Braced with the goal of ensuring the best possible opportunities to gain 360 degree growth in the North region, Dell technologies welcomes Jaipur IT partners in a business conference at ITC Rajputana, Jaipur on 6^th September. With a tagline ‘New Horizons, No Limits’, this conference was organized in association with The DQ Channels. The agenda of conference was to showcase how IT partners can increase their opportunities by connecting with Dell.

Rajneesh De, Group Editor, Cybermedia gave the opening address, which was followed by Himanshu Mehta, Regional Sales Manager, North, Dell welcomed Jaipur IT partners and emphasized on interacting and sharing view points about local market issues and issues related to Dell. He also explained the Quota partner system and its benefit to the audience.

P Sankaralingam from Dell, showcases entire commercial product portfolio and talked about distribution channel. He also announced the new additions to Latitude 3000 and 7000 series and also in optiplex product portfolio. “We have entire range of solutions based on customer requirement, and these product are most innovative in every aspect and will make your work very easy, and partners can also easily showcase the products to customers according to their needs,” said Sankaralingam.”

Channel lead for Cloud Client Computing, Dell, Naveen Shankar highlighted Dells’ future ready cloud solutions to partners. He explained the benefits for partners once they get associated with Dell, with Dell also catering different services under ProSupport, a unique support system for customers; under which the client could procure priority support services for devices as well as customers and can also access configuration services straight from that of the factory to the customers end. Varun Taneja, territory account manager gave a brief presentation on enterprise solution.

During the event, demonstrations of product portfolio received great response from Jaipur IT partners. They interacted with Dell resource personnels and discussed on various topics. The Partners however highlighted one big concern for Dell i.e. absence of local channel person and no clarity on SMB and government projects from Dell.
