The Delhi High Court extended its interim stay on award of
contract by state-run BSNL for 45 million lines of GSM network till January 22.
A bench headed by Justice Mukul Mudgal fixed January 22 as the
next date for hearing on the case.
The court had restrained the PSU from awarding the contract upon
the Motorola's petition challenging BSNL for disqualifying the company from
the bidding on technical parameters.
