Confed ITA rolls out five crucial projects for its members

Aiming to strengthen its members and parent associations, Tamil Nadu based Confed ITA has rolled out five important projects. The association said that foundation of Com Com Ltd, Group Insurance and Accidental Insurance for all members, Sports activities and education and training will be the five thrust areas for the Confederation in coming months.

Pratheesh Mathew, Joint Secretary of Confed ITA said that Con Com Ltd will be registered under the Companies Act by the end of September. “We are listing our company shortly and 23 parent associations have already nominated their directors. We hope that we will comply with all the legal procedures by the end of this month”, he said.

Second and third ambitious project of Confed ITA is Group Insurance and Accidental Insurance for its members. Under the program the Confederation aims to cover its members and their spouse. Mathew said that the Confederation was in discussion with the insurance companies for the best deal.

Apart from that Sport activities for members and training are the other key thrust areas. The association plans to organize training programs in every region to update their knowledge and skills. Along with that Confed ITA will focus on strengthening district and city level associations.

“We are encouraging city level associations to organize their IT expos and help their members do business”, Mathew said.
