However, to bring them out of this situation The DQ Week Raipur Tech Caravan edition in association with Canon and Sify decided to focus on opportunities for IT partners. The Canon and Sify sponsored Raipur tech caravan was also supported by Chattisgarh association.
Raipur tech caravan was held on 21 Januaray 2015 and it saw a congregation of close to 25 channel partners at Hotel Mayura. The Canon representative Ratnesh Gautam, senior territory manager, began with print opportunities and offerings. Ratnesh described the benefits of laser printer with Wi-Fi- LBP6030W and recently launched LBP6230Dn. Also innovative inkjet printer was presented which is Wi-Fi and can also be accessed directly with mobile devices at affordable price. Following the presentation, Ratnesh also mentioned the cloud products like scanner and the upcoming platform of offerings in printing sector.
Following the tech caravan, Indrajit Mukhopadhyay, regional sales manager, east, Sify took over the session next and begin with Sify’s Data Center solution with an appreciable services at constant pace. Sify with existence in some of the major cities added the opportunities without any interruption in favor of partners by structuring the IT businesses of partners with managed services.
With presence in Noida, Rabale and Bangalore, Sify elaborated how Sify is enabling businesses to transform by taking care of businesses IT infrastructure with cost effective managed services.
Sify has also pioneered in telecom, data services and cloud services which offers compute storage. Sify’s services include IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a service) and Saas (Software as a Service).
Following this, Tech bzar offerings were discussed. The growing opportunities in cloud and managed services which was in a very smooth way discussed by a panel, Ratnesh Gautam, senior territory manager, Canon; Indrajit Mukhopadhyay, regional sales manager east, Sify; Kailash Wadhwani, secretary Chattisgarh association and Deepak Vidhani, president, Chattisgarh association. The entire presentation was very interactive where a lot of questions were answered and a lot of new ideas were shared and discussed.
The evening ended over delicious yet healthy dinner along with discussions between the vendors and partners.
