Tech Caravan, an initiative from The DQ Week to create a platform for the channel partners across the country to meet and discuss their issues has successfully conducted its event in Dehradun—the capital city of Uttaranchal and a beautiful valley. The event was held on August 20th at Hotel Madhuban.
The vendor sponsor included Canon, Microsoft and Kaspersky. Channel partners showed in their support by showing in numbers at the partner meet. Almost 45 channel partners attended the event. Members from Uttranchal IT Traders Association (UITTA) and local dealers of Dehradun also participated in the event.
Canon started the event by introducing Inkjet printers and Wi-Fi enabled MF 4720 and E560 printers in the pricing range of Rs 6000. Virendra Dhariwal, senior territory manager, channel sales, consumer system products divison, Canon organized an informative presentation wherein he explained the features of each printer and showed full product description. He unveiled six new models—LBP 6018 W, MF 4750, MF4820d, MF4720W, E 400, E 560.
The evening got more interesting with the commencement of panel discussion.
Following this, was the networking dinner, where channel partners interacted with others while a few of the partners were seen discussing with the vendor representatives.
