ASUS hosts partners’ meet in regions across India

ASUS organized a Dealers’ Meet themed on AIO i.e. 'All-in-Ones' and Desktops across their target regions in India. These target regions comprised JBO (Jharkhand-Bihar-Odisha), Pune, Guwahati and Shillong. The meet was held on 18th March in Pune, 19th March in Guwahati, 20th March in Shillong and 22nd March in Puri - Odisha. The Dealers’ Meet successfully engaged channel partners in orienting them with the new AIO products by ASUS and the areas of focus in the realm of sales.

Peter Chang, regional head, South Asia & country manager, System Business Group, ASUS India said, “These meets were held to acknowledge our partners and extended teams who have successfully assisted us to deliver quality services to our customers. It was also designed in a way to update the partners about the latest products and the growing number of consumers. Such educative sessions help our partners gain confidence and keep up with the new technologies that are continually emerging at ASUS.”

The meet in each town or city was held with different motives and messaging. In the North Eastern region, the main objective was to introduce desktops, AIO/Ebox to Channel. Around 55 partners in Guwahati and 42 partners in Shillong attended the meet and the message to them was the availability of consumers and commercial desktops with a wide range of portfolios. The dealers also enjoyed a special scheme which was a 1 day special offer from Distributor on Desktop / AiO/ Ebox order given on meeting day.

The Pune meet witnessed a footfall of almost 145 dealers. The main objective of this meet was to introduce the ASUS company profile and product portfolio of DT & AIO products to dealers, familiarize commercial partners of Pune city with the ASUS Commercial desktop and to facilitate the Commercial partner meet with the ASUS commercial team. It was also meant to notify the partners about the impressive product line-up in the Commercial segment and that ASUS is focusing on commercial business in the DT commercial segment.

With around 32 partners present at the JBO branch meet, the main objective of this meet was to educate the Partners on ASUS Desktop Features and Quality and to make them aware about the new products launched and schemes given. The objective was also to gain confidence of partners and appreciate their support towards ASUS to increase sales. It appreciated dealers for their good work and support towards ASUS in Notebook Business. They were commended on giving impetus to the sales in Desktops and were asked to put in similar emphasis for the ASUS AIO series which required their full focus in the next segment. The dealers from this sector also enjoyed a Dealer Day Out. This was a special arrangement of recreational activities like Volley ball and Cricket held on the beach side for the day. ASUS also had a scheme planned for the dealers like “Get 1 LaserJet Printer free in MRP Price of each Desktop.”

The demonstrations during the meet enhanced dealers’ knowledge on the products and also gave partners an opportunity to personally interact with the company representatives.
