Association of System Integrators and Retailers in Technology (ASIRT) kick started new year 2015 with its yet another knowledge packed Tech Day event organized recently in Mumbai. J B Kabra’s hilarious and inspiring session and live demonstration of ‘Blackbox’ by Kshitij Kotak were the major highlights of the event.
Continuing its series, ASIRT had invited renowned personalities who not only contributed to knowledge building by members but also motivated them. The event kick started with a presentation on Tally Solutions. Vikram Seth, founder of Software At Work India, which has been associated as a Tally Solution Provider gave a presentation on Tally accounting solution. He ran a live demonstration of Tally accounting solutions to generate decision making reports to make business profitable and give direction to the management of business growth.
After this informative session, Fortune Grecells launched "Gre@cells 2015", a high availability clustering system for undisrupted business operations with a live demonstration by Executive Director and Chief Product Innovator, Kshitij Kotak that showed Windows Server, terminals and client computers running without loss of data when server was shut down.
Mangesh Sakhalkar, head of Grecells test labs commented, "This live demonstration is a proof of our Gre@cells High Availability Clustering reliability our competitors have dared to execute for fear of failure of their product".
Sanjay Mehta, angel investor and serial entrepreneur spoke on how and why ASIRT members should aim for long term business growth rather than transactional business and multiply their wealth by creating value for an investor.
J. B. Kabra, a speaker featured in various business publications for his workshops on building entrepreneurship skills and elevating human potential to multiply results spoke in his inimitable style that was laced with humor that had subtle and express management and leadership messages.
Overall, this ASIRT Techday turned out for the most successful event in the industry with room packed with members and attendees who turned up in large numbers and publicly appreciated the effort of the board of ASIRT.
