Amritsar partners organise road rules awareness campaign

“Stop, Ready, Go” famous part of primary education on traffic rules which certainly forgotten by elders when driving.  As IT is already playing a major role in providing road safety and road check solutions to traffic industry but Amritsar partners are now geared to brush up the road rules again.

Amritsar association is ready to roll out Road Rules Awareness day to give all road users the chance to improve their knowledge of the road rules and learn about new measures. Partners will focus on the most misunderstood and ignored road rules and provide an opportunity for road users to have their questions answered, win excited mini hampers.

With the purpose of creating awareness about traffic rules partners will stop and guide the people to use safety measures and convey the message to go home safe. Partners will also use placards mentioning slogans related to traffic rules and dissuade people to enter or drive from the wrong-side and drive on the right side of the road.

“This attempt will not only to spread awareness about traffic rules but also highlight the importance of safe driving to avoid small mis-hap which can cause to big losses. We will also provide small mementos to ones following all safe driving measures, “said Sandeep Sethi, General Secretary of Amritsar association.

This awareness campaign across the city will apprise the citizens about general road safety rules and protocol. Partners at various locations will give sermons on the importance of following traffic rules and the dangers associated with their violation.

“The primary aim behind this awareness week is to awaken a sense of civic responsibility among citizens of the importance of following traffic rules,” said Varinder Singh, President of Amritsar association.
