Amritsar association celebrates Lohri and New Year

On the eve of New Year and Lohri Amritsar association organized a family get together on 10 Jan at Sakhi House for its members. Around 120-125 members (i.e. 40 families) gathered to celebrate the function.

The event was co-sponsored by HP, Dell, Lenovo, D-link, Trustport (antivirus) and Premier computers. The function was heartily enjoyed by member and their families. EC body members Varinder Singh, president; Sandeep Sethi, general secretary; Gurmeet Singh, VP; Anil Chopra, joint secretary also joined the celebration.

Get-together included exciting games, music and dance performances. Punjabi singer KS Mundri’s songs pushed everyone to tap their feet. All this was followed by a bumper draw in which three Dell printers were won and surprise gifts for families were gifted by HP, Lenovo, Premier computers, D-link and Trustport. Gathering took pleasure of healthy and mouth watering food which was cherished highly by everyone present there.

Virender Singh, president of association happily said “Get-togethers nurture the personal and in-market relationships. We will further consider this kind of functions to be organized at least twice or thrice a year with a motto to increase frequency of bonding and understanding between each dealer.” The effort was appreciated by families and sponsors alike as it further enriches the bond among members themselves and vendors as well.

Evening ended over a thanking note by the association members with a promise to stay united and grows together.
