AKITDA conducts state wide product survey

All Kerala IT Dealers Association (AKITDA) recently conducted a state wide product survey. The survey, which was conducted across the product segments from IT peripherals to networking and security and surveillance products, was to rate the brands and their sales and service support.

The survey was conducted in 14 districts and around 1000 retailers directly participated in the initiative. Apart from that nearly 2000 channel partners gave their ratings through online medium. The association said that on the basis of the feedback by the retailers, best brand will be selected and awarded in a grand ceremony which will be held in the month of March.

Liju Raju, president of AKITDA said, “Every brand has some issues with their sales and services. This survey aims to identify those issues and eliminate it for the smooth functioning of the channel business.

Raju said that the result of the survey will be announced in the first week of March. “We will honour the winner brand in a grand ceremony in the presence of the state chief minister and other ministers”, he said.
