Agilent ties up with CST

Agilent Technologies, who offers test and measurement solutions to the
communica-tions, electronics, life sciences and chemical analysis mar-kets and
Computer Simula-tion Technology (CST) have announced two major advan-ces in the
integration of the CST MICROWAVE STUDIO (CST MWS) simulation tool with Agilent's
Advanced Design System (ADS) elec-tronic design automation software.

According to the press release, the integration helps RF and microwave
designers improve passive circuit per-formance and increase confi-dence that
manufactured products will perform opti-mally. These advances are implemented in
the latest version of CST MWS as a direct result of the alliance and technical
collaboration bet-ween Agilent and CST announ-ced in June 2004.
