ADCTA receives Certification of Appreciation from DVAT

The latest steps have been taken by the DVAT Department to make tax collection process more transparent in different VAT clause. To implement the same, VAT department has brought some changes in return filing mechanism. Channels partners are appreciating and welcoming these changes in tax collection process to make the country financially strong and to contribute in development of the country. Always keen about their responsibility towards country, All Delhi Computer Traders Association has been rewarded with Certificate of Appreciation from DVAT Department for their honest contribution in Tax collection.

DVAT Department has acknowledged ADCTA’s contribution in record collection of taxes from Ward 89. Also, with the lots of efforts has done by ADCTA, DS-1 Form has now been removed to make easier trading practices.

Mahinder Aggarwal, President, ADCTA conveyed the massage to all the traders through The DQ Week and said “We are very much sure that with constant supports of all the traders, we will be able to reform your existing experience with DVAT Department and will work like a partner in the cordial atmosphere”.

Swarn Singh, Secretary, ADCTA said, “ This is very proud moment for us and all the members of ADCTA that our efforts has been recognized and appreciated by DVAT department. DVAT department has also valued our efforts in ‘Bill Banvao Inaam Paao’ Scheme. In Future, we will always give our contribution in fair trading practices that will help in building nation.”

Also according to ADCTA, Association had sent a letter to Delhi Chief Minister regarding DVAT and got the verbal assurance from the Chief Minister that Govt. will bring down DVAT on some items which are falling under ambiguity from 12.5% to the level of 5%.
